How to enjoy a rental vacation house

We have a variety of rental house, including those with sunken hearths and those with terrace BBQs.

Each of the five accommodations are scattered throughout Miyama Town and are located in local villages. They are 1-10 minutes away by car, but some houses are within walking distance, and it is possible for large groups of people to split up and stay together. There are "traditional houses with sunken hearths," "thatched houses with wooden decks perfect for BBQs," "traditional houses that can accommodate a large group," and "villas that can accommodate your dog." You can choose one of those cottages according to your preference.

Enjoy the Irori (sunken hearth)

Miyama FUTON&Breakfast, Mitoya, and Hyakujikko each have a large sunken hearth, which you are free to use during your stay. Enjoy one-pot meals cooked over the hearth or grilled river fish.

Please refrain from using the sunken hearth for BBQ. Please do not use firewood (please use charcoal).
