A hideaway where you can relax in tranquility
This brand new thatched cottage was built by local wood craftsmen using exclusively local timber in collaboration with our own thatched roof specialist. Completed in 2013 the result is a blend between the best of the old thatched architecture with modern more compact floor plan and features like underfloor heating and full air conditioning.
It’s located in a secluded part of the village adjacent to clear flows of Yura river. In front of the cottage, is a wide lawn space where you can enjoy BBQ as well as starry sky watching. Also, you can stay this cottage with your pet. Fully enjoy your holiday with your whole family including your loved dog.
Located in the heart of Miyama, it is a great base from which to actively explore Miyama!
Wide lawn space
There is a wide lawn space in front of the cottage. Enjoy camping and BBQ using pop-up tent and leisure sheet. You may want to enjoy early morning yoga, too. It’s entirely your own space and no need to worry about other guests.
Wood deck terrace
The deck provides a great space for eating outdoors or reading a book in the shade while taking in the scenic view.

・Up to 2 dogs (small or medium-sized dogs weighing 20 kg or less) are allowed.
・If your dog is not up to date on rabies and vaccinations, you will need to present a health certificate from a veterinarian. Only dogs that are potty-trained and do not bark are allowed.
・Please wear diapers and manner belts for children who have a habit of marking.
・Please do not leave your dog unattended at the inn for long periods of time.
・Do not put your dog in the bath tub.
・Sleeping together in bedding is prohibited.
・Please do not leave feces or urine in the yard. Please clean up and flush the area.
・If you excrete in a place other than the designated place, please report the place.
・If feces and urine are found left inside or outside the facility after check-out, you will be charged 50,000 yen as a cleaning fee.
・In the event of significant damage to equipment or fixtures, the actual cost will be charged.
・Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your dogs stay.
・If we receive complaints about your dogs from the neighborhood, we may ask you to leave even if your stay.
・Be sure to use a leash when taking a walk outside, and do not let your dog run loose.
